This was my first time buying a new car and I was very nervous because I was doing it on my husband's behalf as he is in Korea right now. The sales staff made me feel comfortable and at home while helping me find a car that I could afford that I just fell in love with. After having a very negative experience at some other dealerships, it was refreshing to come into this dealership. The first time I came to visit this dealership, I was greeted by our eventual salesman. I let him know I was just getting ideas for my wife and would return with her at some point. He pointed me towards 3 vehicles that sounded like they would fit, let me take pictures and gave me brochures. He also got my information and asked when I thought I would come back. The next day I received four calls before I eventually returned with my wife and was greeted by the salesman along with a sales manager, both of whom remembered my name and greeted my wife congratulating her on the news that she was graduating with her Masters, that I had told them the day before. Great experience and have recommended this dealer to others.
