How Do I Clean My MAZDA?

Your vehicle deserves just as much attention as your home receives during spring cleaning. After all, most of us spend a vast amount of time behind the wheel of our trusty Mazda driving options. Cabin

This is especially the case after the winter months track in mud and dirt! So, we recommend starting by removing your floor mats and hosing them off to get them looking pristine again. While they are drying in your driveway, use a soft-toothed brush to gently scrub dirt and food crumbs that have made their way deep into the fibers of your carpet. Once you have covered every corner, you can grab your vacuum to pick up any remnants. Or, if you prefer, you can always head to your nearest gas station to use theirs. While you are there, make sure to look beneath your seats to pick up any wrappers, cups, or lost items. Then, you can wrap things up by covering the cargo space to make sure you have dog hair cleared out. 

Surfaces

In this day and age, it is important to make sure your vehicle is a safe place for you and your passengers to travel in. That is why we highly suggest that you sanitize your Mazda from front to back to ensure germs will not be transferred. To start, you can purchase cleaning wipes or simply use a healthy blend of soap and water. Then, you should wipe down hot spots like your steering wheel, shift knob, cupholders, door handles, and climate control system. Seatbacks can also be the perfect location for stray coughs and sneezes to reside, which is why we recommend using an approved cleaner to wash your upholstery to remove bacteria. Exterior

You can get things started on the right foot by simply giving your vehicle an old fashioned car wash with a fusion of soap and water. While you scrub, make sure to use circular motions, as these will effectively remove any remaining dirt and smudges leftover from the winter months. Or, you can always take your vehicle to a car wash if that sounds much easier. Then, to really make your vehicle gleam in the sunlight, feel free to add some car wax to your paint and chrome elements! To wrap things up, make sure to give your wheels and wheel wells some much-needed attention.
