I first contacted Mr. PJ Jones over Cargurus, communication is very prompt and Mr. PJ gave me a competitive price and fee schedule. It is a bit nervous because I am from SC and will travel over 2 hours to get to their dealership, Gary the sales person makes the paperwork process very smooth. Upon arrival at Augusta, the buying process is very quick, I got the paperwork done in less than 20 minutes the most. To my surprise, whatever Mr. PJ quoted me over email is exactly what I am getting. No hidden fee, changes at the last minute. It is great to see people do business that way. The only small thing is they put a sticker on the back of the car which seems way to big, be nice if they can put smaller sticker that blends in better with the vehicle or just don't put the sticker on their.
Kevin was so kind and seemed genuine. Before my appointment, I kept having to reschedule my appointments. He offered to let me use his car if I needed it. People are not kind anymore. That was the nicest thing anyone has said or offered to do in quite some time. He also gave me a discount. I was very grateful for. He is willing to help in anyway possible. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with the dealer via text and phone and lined up great pricing and a trade in value (numbers checked vs. Kelly Blue Book) as well as approved 5 year/ 0% financing the day before I before I went to the dealership. I had to drive from Charleston to Augusta because none of the Charleston or Columbia dealers could even get close to this deal. When I got there, they didn't try to change any of the terms or upsell me anything else. They just showed me all the features on my new car, had me sign the paperwork, and I was out of there in 40 minutes total. Plus I LOVE my new CX5!!! This is how car buying should be.
This Mazda team has proven trustworthy so many times. True, they have a loyalty bonus for Mazda owners, but Loyalty to them as a customer goes way beyond that. They hear you, keep their word, and get it done. At the end of the deal, you leave feeling dignified and empowered, in an incredibly luxurious ride. Better off than you were before. That's two-way loyalty defined.
Was extremely happy with Keith, the sales person that helped us. I never felt pressured and he listened to what I had to say and took it into consideration in helping us find a car. Even though it was a rather lengthy process it was worth it and everyone we came in contact with was nice and courteous and kept us informed of what was going on while we were waiting. I am glad we went to this dealership and I am glad Keith is the one that greeted us and helped us get a car.
These people are great! Most dealerships, the sales team HAVE to be nice to you obviously because they are trying to sale you a car. But even after I purchased a car from them, they are super nice and just very awesome people to deal with. The salesman who I dealt with, Denny, went above and beyond to help out. His manager was great as well! Awesome service team as well. Again, all just great people. Highly recommend this place if you are out looking for a brand new car.
The salesperson with whom I worked, Kieth, was courteous, knowledgeable of his product, supported by superior sales management in Pat, worked hard to get us into the car we wanted at the perfect price point. Post-sale support, including installation of hardware by service days later was superior. Cannot rate them high enough.
This was the first service, so it was free... free is always welcome. Service was done quickly, they accommodated my request to leave the car overnight, and the service covered a lot of items besides just oil and filter. Oh, and the invoice estimated what my next service would entail and cost. Great job!
Eric was very friendly, helpful and patient. I had done a lot of research on GJ website and other dealers, as well as an internet search on the vehicle. He was able to answer all of my questions. I had test driven a car in October but was not ready to make a purchase at that time. He stayed in touch via email. I do not like really "pushy" sales and appreciate his more reserved sales approach.
Dwight was awesome! Everyone in the garage at the computers were so kind. Deborah spent time with me, and didn't rush me.
